The Sales Team 

Our Sales Team is at the heart of the bridal experience. They’re the friendly faces who guide you through your appointment, help you discover your personal style, and support you every step of the way toward finding the one. 

With expert knowledge, honest advice, and plenty of happy tears along the way, they’re here to make your dress journey feel relaxed, exciting, and unforgettable. 

The MOB Team

Our MOB Team is dedicated to supporting one of the most important people on the wedding day. They specialise in helping mums feel confident, comfortable, and truly beautiful, offering expert guidance on style, fit, and occasion-appropriate looks. 

With a warm, understanding approach, this team knows just how meaningful this role is and takes pride in creating an experience that feels just as special as the bride’s. 

The Operations Team

The Operations Team is the backbone of everything we do. From logistics and stock to systems and processes, they make sure every detail works seamlessly behind the scenes. 

Thanks to them, our boutiques run smoothly and our brides receive the care and service they deserve. 

The Senior Leadership Team

Our Senior Leadership Team provides the vision, direction, and support that keeps everything moving forward. With a shared passion for bridal and people, they’re committed to creating a business that puts brides, teams, and experience first. 

The Marketing Team

Behind the scenes (and behind the screen), our Marketing Team brings our brand to life. From photoshoots and social media to in-store campaigns, blogs, and emails, they’re the storytellers sharing our dresses - and our brides - with the world.
