Bride Spotlight: Jess takes Etta to Vegas!

Every bride dreams of that magical moment when she finds the dress-and for Jess, it happened at Dotty Bridal. From heartfelt boutique experiences to a fun-filled Vegas wedding, here’s her story.

Getting Ready with Dotty Bridal

Jess had been trying on countless high street dresses without much luck when she discovered Dotty Bridal’s minis on Instagram. “It was super last minute, so I wasn’t expecting to get an appointment,” she shares. “But the team were incredibly accommodating and fit me in!”

From the moment she stepped into Dotty’s boutique, Jess felt welcomed and at ease. She and her bridesmaids had a wonderful time exploring styles and experimenting with accessories. “The staff were so kind and patient-especially when I kept going back to try the same dress again and again 🙈.” Being able to try on dresses in the same room as her sister made the experience even more special. 🥰

Finding the Perfect Dress

Did Jess have a gown in mind before her appointment? “Yes! I knew I wanted a short dress to capture those true Vegas vibes.” She tried almost every mini in Dotty’s collection and was blown away by the variety.

At first, Jess was set on a cute bow mini she had seen on our Instagram. But when she tried on Etta, a stunning and elegant ivory mini, she had that unexpected “wow, hang on… this might actually be it” moment. It wasn’t the dress she originally thought she would choose, but it ended up being everything she dreamed of and more. Pairing it with one of our veils and gloves made it pure perfection.

Saying ‘Yes’

“I still remember the surreal feeling when I said yes,” Jess recalls. “It was like, pinch me, this is really happening! Everything suddenly felt so real and exciting.”

The Wedding Day

Jess and her partner’s wedding was one big, fabulous Vegas party, full of laughter, dancing, sunshine, and cocktails. They started the day getting ready in their hotel suite, followed by a sweet ceremony at Sure Thing Chapel. The reception at Commonwealth was decorated with ribbons and love-inspired artwork, and their heart-shaped lemon and lavender cake was a hit.

Fremont Street offered the most amazing photo opportunities, and photographer @ashmirrphoto captured every unforgettable moment. “If you’re thinking about a Vegas wedding, I say 1000% go for it!” Jess adds.

Advice for Future Brides

Jess leaves this simple yet meaningful advice: “Soak up every moment! It might be just one day, but the memories will stay with you forever. Do the dance, drink the drink, wear the dress-and most importantly, feel the love. ❤”
