Finding the Perfect Bridal Experience 

After hearing wonderful recommendations from a close friend, Emma decided to book an appointment with us at Dotty Bridal for her very first bridal appointment. Excited but understandably nervous, she walked in with no clear idea of what style she wanted and no expectations; only the hope of finding a dress that made her feel special. 

Emma said she ‘was quite nervous at first and it can be very overwhelming, especially when you have no idea what you’re looking for, what will suit you; but I can honestly say, I was looked after as soon as I entered and all my worries had disappeared.’ What could have felt overwhelming quickly became an unforgettable and emotional experience filled with warmth, support, and genuine care.

The appointment held even more meaning for her as she had sadly lost her mum at just 22 years old. Without her mum by her side, she brought along her dad, cousin, and two best friends to share the moment with her. Thanks to the kindness and guidance of the team, especially Sophie, what started as a bittersweet day became one of the happiest memories of her bridal journey.

When she finally saw herself fully styled, she knew she had found the one. Walking down the aisle on her wedding day, she remembers hearing guests whisper “wow” as she entered the room; a moment that made her feel like a real-life princess. Her husband’s reaction made it even more unforgettable, unable to stop smiling and telling her how beautiful she looked.

One of the most emotional moments came during her final fitting with Adele from the Dotty Bridal team. Seeing the full bridal look come together for the last time was incredibly special, and Adele’s heartfelt words “This dress was made for you. Your mum would be so proud,” left a lasting impact she will never forget.
