Meet Team Dotty

Our Dotty team is something we are most proud of. All the girls are so passionate about you – our brides, the wedding industry and of course fashion. This is not just a job to us, we really do love what we do. All our girls are fashion-led, highly trained, and have a wealth of wedding dress knowledge, so they know exactly what looks right and are always on hand to help you. Whether you know exactly what you want or have absolutely no idea, the Dotty girls will be sure to make your experience amazing and help you find your perfect dress.

Shannon – Founder / Owner

“As the proud owner and founder of Dotty Bridal, I truly believe our boutique and collections are special and unique.”

Having been a store manager for many years, I’ve been lucky enough to have worked for some big names on the high street from Cath Kidston to Victoria’s Secret. I understand the importance of providing outstanding customer service and that was my main reason for opening up the bridal boutiques as I aim to provide each of our brides and bridesmaids with an unforgettable experience.

Being able to make so many brides happy through my amazing team. Being with my girls every day, helping to empower them to help our brides be the best they can be and to look out of this world on their wedding day fills me with love and makes me so grateful for the amazing gift of memories that we can give to all our brides. When our brides step through the door they step in as brides and leave as friends, feeling the most confident they have ever felt.

My celeb marry would be… David Beckham!

Claire – Head of Stores

Claire has a wealth of experience in retail, working with some of the biggest names including, Victoria’s Secret and Swarovski. Claire is an organiser, a super planner, so will even be able to give you advice when planning your wedding, on how to remain calm, and get those lists ticked off that we know mount up when you are planning a wedding! She is the perfect Manager for all our stores, Dotty Bridal, Off the Peg Bridal Outlet and Edit by Dotty.

Anna – Head of Marketing & Designer of Nori Ivy Bridal

Our lovely Anna, is an absolute godsend and we couldn’t do any of Dotty without her! Anna has an abundance of experience in many areas, from a BA Hons Degree in Fashion Design to many years in retail management and Marketing.

Anna works tirelessly behind the scenes creating marketing strategies with her amazing team to promote Dotty Bridal and her sister boutiques (Off the Peg Bridal and Edit by Dotty), plus being super creative with her bridal designing for Nori Ivy, Anna is a superwoman!

Anna’s favourite part of the job is…”getting to work with such a great team who all inspire each other so much. Also getting to use my creative side and bringing visions to life, from artwork to interiors and fashion!”

My celeb marry would be Tom Hardy!

Emma – Bridal Stylist/Customer Experience Manager

Our very own Gok Wan! Emma is an absolute legend and we don’t know what we’d do without her! She lights up any room she is in and will make your dress trying experience an amazing one, whilst making you laugh along the way!

With a background in Customer Service and Beauty Therapy, Emma is the perfect consultant to make all brides feel instantly at ease. With her laid back approach and determination to make every bride feel a million dollars, Emma loves to ‘jack up’ our brides to help them create their dream look.

Emma’s favourite part of the job is “getting to come to work with my friends and not colleagues. Every day is so different; from emotional days to belly laughing laughing days. A happy team helps us install this into our brides with their rollercoaster of emotions, as they walk in for their appointment.”

My Celeb marry would be…Freddie Flintoff!

Sophie – Bridal Stylist

Sophie has a real interest and so much experience in bridal fashion, she has modelled for some of the top bridal houses. Therefore this gives her amazing insight to how the gowns look and feel. She also knows what suits different body types and will really be able to help guide you! Sophie also has a qualification in nutrition so will be able to give you lots of insights from multiple angles on your wedding journey.

Sophies celeb marry is…Michael Ealy

Amy – Bridal Stylist

Amy is officially a ‘Dotty Bride’, and started working for us after she became a newlywed. She instantly fell in love with all things bridal and took the leap to join the Dotty Bridal family.

Amy comes with an abundance of skills, from excellent customer service helping all brides to find their dream gown to having a natural creative flair with social media and photography for the boutiques.

Amy has a wealth of knowledge as she can be seen working across both Dotty Bridal and our Off The Peg Bridal Outlet.

Neve – Bridal Stylist and Aftercare Coordinator

Neve joins the Dotty Bridal family with a plethora of sewing and retail experience. Having completed a design degree Neve really has an eye for fashion and all things sewing. She is the most organised, methodical person you could ever meet and is super particular about things. She is the perfect person to aid all our brides with their bridal journey and to ensure the process is smooth and seamless from start to finish.

Issy – Operations Manager

Issy, our newest recruit, is also a Dotty Bride herself. Falling in love with the bridal world Issy took the leap to come and join the Dotty team and hasn’t looked back since. With a wealth of retail knowledge behind her, working for major high street stores, Issy is the perfect Operations Manager for both Dotty Bridal and Off The Peg Bridal Outlet, making sure they work like clockwork.

Issy has exceptional customer service and can be seen across both our boutiques helping our brides find their dream bridal looks.
