From start to finish Dotty were absolutely amazing. I did a 4 hour round trip as they were my closest Madi Lane stockist at the time and it was worth every minute of the journey!
the shop is beautiful and the staff are so friendly and helpful all through your visits. I ended up getting my stunning hair piece from them too when I came to pick my dress up and they helped so much going through accessories and different options and recommendations. Even on messages throughout my journey for any queries or issues they had they were always quick to respond and helpful in getting everything sorted to make the experience as easy and stress free as possible
Just amazing – the dresses are beautiful, the cocktails are yummy, the bridal suites are intimate and stylish and the ladies at Dotty are so kind and friendly and helpful! I had the best day and felt stunning!! 100% recommend.

The team are meticulous and offer invaluable knowledge and advice when choosing the dress.
I went in with an open mind but Gemma showed me dresses I wouldn’t ever choose and surprised me! The whole experience from start to finish was outstanding and every single member was polite, friendly and genuinely cared about making you feel amazing, comfortable and confident. I am not body confident in the slightest but I went out with my confidence soaring!
I cannot thank the dotty team enough for making us feel safe, comfortable, welcome and supporting me in choosing the dress of my dreams and more!

We were greeted by Molly on our arrival! We were given free rain to browse their gorgeous wedding dresses, each designer was explained to us. I had booked the bloom room which was perfect for trying on several dresses. Molly was so helpful and no question felt daft, she made us all feel so at ease. Overall it was such a relaxing fun experience and I ended up finding my perfect wedding dress from here. I cannot wait to return to try my dress on again!! I will certainly be recommending to my friends who are future brides to be! Thank you for such a wonderful shopping experience!!

Couldn’t have wished for a better day finding my dress. Gemma was incredible, she talked me through all the dresses and we discussed what I was looking for and she picked out others she recommended, one of which ended up being the one! I was so nervous on the run-up to my appointment but she made me feel so confident when trying on the dresses and I could tell she really cared and wanted me to have the best experience which I really did!! I said YES TO THE DRESS and I’m excited to go back for my just so I can visit the shop again! Haha
